As our valued client, you have free lifetime access to your portal and may choose to change your password anytime. Importantly, all your legal documents will be stored in your portal and available 24/7, 365 days a year.
Please keep your password secure and only share it with your family or trusted advisors. For all estate plans, your Successor Trustee should know the location of your password for easy access when the need arises. Consequently, the Illinois Trust Code requires that your Successor Trustee keep all records for a minimum of 7 years after the dissolution of your Trust. Therefore, your portal is the ideal solution for this legal requirement.
